Reset via the JumpCloud Desktop app.
Steps:
Click on the notification panel as shown in the first screenshot.
Click on the JumpCloud Icon.
Select Password from the pop-up window.
Click on Reset Password.
Enter your current password & your new desired password.
Click on Continue to effect the reset.
P.S: You need to be connected to the internet to do this.
