Solution: Wait for an Auto-Unlock of your account or Reset the Jumpcloud password.
Fix 1 (Recommended):
1. Wait 5 minutes for your Jumpcloud Account to be automatically unlocked. You must have your device connected to the internet.
N.B: Use the below if you have forgotten your password
Fix 2:
Visit console.Jumpcloud.com
Click Reset password
Input your Hugo mail
Check your email for the reset link. If you set up a recovery mail, check the inbox for a reset link too.
Click the link and select I use windows.
Scroll down and select "I don't see how to continue to portal".
Change your password (minimum of 12 characters, upper case, alphanumeric with special characters)
Once that is done, wait 5 - 10 minutes.
Make sure to connect to the internet and restart - this is important.
Input your new password and login.
P.S: Steps 1-5 can be used to reset your password without knowing the current one, as long as you have access to your Hugo Email
