Camera failed

Solution: Rollback the driver. If the rollback isn’t available, update the driver from the list of available drivers on the PC.

Steps:

1. Open “Device Manager”.

2. Locate the Camera driver from the list.

3. Double the driver or Right click and select Properties.

4. Select Change Settings, if on user account. (ACTION REQUIRES ADMIN ACCESS)

5. Navigate to the “driver” tab.

6. Select the “Roll Back Driver” option if highlighted. Then follow the prompt and select “Yes”. If the “Roll Back Driver” isn’t highlighted, skip to step 6.

7. Select “Update driver”.

8. Click “Browse my computer for drivers”

9. Click “Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer”.

10. Select any of the available driver(s) listed and click Next.

11. Wait for the driver to install, and then click close after installation is complete.
